A lifestyle residence at Limhamn’s old limestone quarry in Malmö, consists of 325 condominiums
These are complemented by an extensive service concept with e.g. reception, lounge, restaurant/bar, delicatessen, spa, swimming pools, gym, tennis, wine cellar, cinema, putting green, bowling green, and conference facilities.
The brief was to conceptualise and design the common areas: restaurant, bar, deli, wine cellar, function hall, kid’s playroom, lounge, library & private dining room.
The client did not want a ‘Swedish’ ambience, but something more detail-rich & opulent, reminiscent of sumptuous European hotels & restaurants.
An elaborate interior concept was developed, reflecting a minute attention to detail, resulting in a welcoming, luxurious environment rich in texture and form.
The restaurant & bar with its adjoining function hall, is perfect for parties and festivities. They are all situated with access to the large terrace, boasting spectacular views of the quarry. The nearby kid’s playroom is appreciated by children of all ages. The library is a room for quiet reflection & reading as well as social activities like board games and pool.
