Sept 1992 - March 1993	Internship at A1-Studio, Malmö, Sweden Throughout this internship I was encouraged to take part in all aspects of the design and construction process. We designed and installed one of the largest exhibitions of Leonardo Da Vinci’s paintings, sketches and models, a great deal of which had never previously been exhibited. The Exhibition was widely acclaimed & subsequently travelled the world.

Oct 2008 - Present                         Jan 2005 - August 2008	Shameless Creative, Sweden   Shameless Creative is a multi-disciplinary creative company started in 2008 by Johanna Olsen.  At the forefront is Interior Architecture and Design, supported by creative components such as Master Planning, Environmental Branding and Photography. Completed projects include: Victoria Park, Malmö – communal spaces e.g. restaurant, bar, delicatessen, lounge, library, toilets; Brand Design Center, Malmö – new showroom; Hälsostudion/ Karlsrobadet, Eslöv – entry, café, lounge, information centre, artwork & acoustics; Restaurant Bastard, Malmö; Lake View, Åre – ski resort timber lodges.     Project Control Group (PCG), Sydney   Completed projects include: Radisson Hong Quan Hotel & Club 7, Shanghai;  Second Road; Sanofi Aventis Australian HQ;  BCS - Body Corporate Services Australian HQ;  Nickelodeon;  The Weather Channel;  The Australian Golf Club (AGC);  Billabong Head Office, Gold Coast; Balmain NB.   I was a Senior Designer running projects and overseeing a team of Designers. Project tasks included: Client briefing and gathering of information to produce a Master Plan document, Client Change Management, Site surveying, Council submissions, Concept design & Space planning, AutoCAD documentation, finishes & product sourcing to bring concept & ideas together to a functioning design, designing details & furniture to enhance the conceptual idea as a whole, graphic design & branding, liaising with contractors, consultants & product representatives.   I have in the last few years built on my photography skills and had the opportunity to photograph some projects upon completion.
August - Nov 2004	Collins Vergnaud Architecture & Design, Woolloomooloo, Sydney   I worked as an Interior Designer on The Hilton Hotel, Fiji, Publicis Mojo, Auckland & Animal Logic, Sydney. I was involved in Space planning, Documentation & Design using AutoCAD, Photoshop etc, Design concept and detail & furniture design as well as extensive sourcing of finishes & products.
May 2003 – Aug 2004	Citrus, City, Sydney   Creative firm in the heart of Sydney with focus mainly on retail, hospitality and commercial design.   Design concept, 2d and 3d communication on a mixture of retail, corporate & hospitality projects. Complete design documentation using AutoCAD, concept presentation, client management, site survey & measured drawings, office admin & management, creating fee proposals, finishes & product sourcing. I liaised in team work as well as single handed project management. I was responsible for running every aspect of a project from conceptual idea to finished construction, whilst co-ordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, council & product representatives.
2003 – 2008	Tutor, UTS - University of Technology Sydney   ‘Interior Communication’, ‘Identity & Space’ - BA Interior Design   Teaching model making, architectural drawing, presentation/rendering techniques, conceptualising & design development to classes of 20+ students. Responsible for the layout of the course work & the teaching. Grading of all students at the completion of projects followed by performance reviews.
May 2002 – May 2003	Robertson + Marks Architects, Surry Hills, Sydney   Documenting on AutoCAD 2000/Architectural Desktop 3.3. with focus on hospitality and high end property development. Creating concepts and implementing design ideas & solutions. Assisting with the company’s stand at the annual Gaming Show at the Convention Centre, Darling Harbour.
Aug 2001 - April 2002	Various Design Assignments, London   Branding Design for a few companies in London i.e. Consus Ltd, Rowe Recruitment.   Editing, Design/Artwork & Music Research for Fellow Productions Ltd., London Short films/Promos for Ferrari in F1 Racing, MC & other sports.   Music Video; Story & Idea/Directing/Filming/Editing debut single; Nurotica “Separate Minds”, shot on MiniDV, edited in Adobe Premiere.   Video/show reel for Anna-Karin Sjoberg, London Hairdresser of the Year 2000. Shot on MiniDV at various shows, competitions and events.
Dec 2000 – Aug 2001	Woods River Cruises, The Silver Fleet, London   Cruise Ship Manager on board luxury banqueting boats on the Thames (max capacity 500 guests). Co-ordinating, designing and running events on all the company’s boats. Liaising with the crew on safety and the kitchen on food & running times. Organising of all waiting and bar staff and responsible for recruiting of new staff. In charge of the weekly staff rotas.
Sept - Dec 2000	1st Assistant Director, “Persephone’s Playground”, London   Short film shot on 16mm b/w film. Short-listed for Raindance Film Festival, 2001.     Video for L’Oreal Hairstyling Competition, Karen Ross, Headmasters. Shot on MiniDV at Kings Cross Station, London; Edited in Adobe Premiere.
April 2000	MIP TV 2000, Cannes, France   Exhibitor/translator with NYC film company Troma Entertainment Inc.
